《自然教育国际合作倡议》联合发布，共绘人与自然和谐共生的国际篇章

On September 23, 2025, the International Seminar on Nature Education Stories in Protected Areas, a side event of the Fifth World Congress of Biosphere Reserves was held in Hangzhou, China. The Initiative of International Cooperation on Nature Education was joint released by the Alliance of National and International Science Organizations for the Belt and Road Regions (ANSO), the China National Committee for UNESCO’s Man and the Biosphere Programme (MAB China), and the International Society of Zoological Sciences (ISZS). More than 150 representatives from over 20 countries—including Cameroon, Chile, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Nepal, Russia, Senegal, Kazakhstan, and Austria—as well as international organizations, attended the seminar and supported the initiative.

This initiative aims to build consensus and highlight the significant role of international cooperation on nature education. It seeks to foster harmony between humans and nature by integrating nature education into protected area strategies and evaluation system, sharing local success practices worldwide, and empowering nature education through science and technology. Together, these actions will transform international cooperation in nature education into a powerful engine for ecological conservation innovation, advancing the vision of UNESCO's Man and the Biosphere Programme, and a shared future for all life on Earth.
